At LeRock Academy, we believe leadership is not something people are born with—it is
something they intentionally develop through experience, reflection, meaningful relationships,
and the consistent practice of serving others well. Every learner who joins our academy is
choosing to become a better leader for their team, their organization, their family, and their
community. We're looking for a Leadership Instructor and Executive Coach who is inspired by
that purpose and wants to help people turn their potential into lasting leadership capability.
This role is about far more than delivering lessons or presenting information. It's about walking
alongside learners as they grow into leaders who think more clearly, communicate more
effectively, make wiser decisions, and confidently navigate the challenges they face every day.
You won't simply teach leadership concepts—you'll help people apply them, reflect on them, and
transform them into habits that shape how they lead long after a course has ended.
As our Leadership Instructor and Executive Coach, you will facilitate engaging live learning
experiences, guide meaningful discussions, review learner assignments, evaluate competency
demonstrations, provide thoughtful and personalized coaching, and help learners apply
leadership principles in authentic workplace situations. Every interaction is an opportunity to
challenge assumptions, strengthen judgment, celebrate growth, and encourage learners to
continue developing into leaders who create positive and measurable change wherever they
serve.
You'll work closely with the Leadership Competency Architect and the Learning Operations and
Student Success Manager to deliver a learning experience that is practical, consistent, and deeply
transformational. Together, you'll help create an academy where learners feel supported,
encouraged, and accountable as they progress through competency pathways designed to build
real leadership capability. Rather than measuring success by course completion alone, we
measure success by the confidence learners gain, the quality of the decisions they make, the
relationships they strengthen, and the positive impact they create in their workplaces and
communities.
This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys helping people discover what they're capable
of becoming. You know how to ask thoughtful questions that encourage deeper thinking, provide
feedback that builds confidence while promoting growth, and create learning environments
where people feel challenged, respected, and supported. You understand that great coaching isn't
about having all the answers—it's about helping others develop the judgment, resilience, and
self-awareness to find the right answers for themselves.
As LeRock Academy continues to grow, you'll play an essential role in shaping the culture and
reputation of our learning community. Every learner you coach, every conversation you
facilitate, and every moment of encouragement you provide contributes to building an academy
known for developing leaders who lead with integrity, humility, courage, and purpose. Your
influence will extend far beyond the virtual classroom as learners carry what they've developed
into their organizations, mentor future leaders, strengthen their teams, and positively impact the
communities they serve.
If you're energized by helping people grow, believe leadership can be taught through intentional
practice, and find purpose in seeing others succeed, we'd love to invite you to join us. Here, your
work won't simply educate learners—it will help shape lives, strengthen organizations, and
contribute to a growing community of leaders committed to creating a better future through
thoughtful, compassionate, and effective leadership.
